How can I solve a problem not mentioned in this FAQ?

1. If you have an old version of ispCP (especially RC3 or older): try upgrading.

2. Search the forum for your problem.

3. Search the relevant logs for errors.

4. If you found an error, try to understand it, so that you can solve the problem by yourself.

5. If you are not able to do so, please use the forum search again - this time with the log message

6. If you can not find a solution, ask in the forum for help. Post/attach the logs and give detailed information about your system, especially about the following

- real server or virtual server (OpenVZ/Virtuosso/VSserver…)

- operating system (e.g. Debian Etch)

- 32bit/64bit

- ispCP version (e.g. RCx, nightly build date x, svn checkout revision x)

- fresh ispCP install or updated from older version
