Change domain IP - thibotus01 - 04-21-2009 12:36 AM

Hi,

I added a new IP, and I'd like to use it for my domains which are they already installed with the first IP.
When I want to edit the informations I can change everything but not the IP.

How I can do? Thanks

You must add the IP to the Reseller, then the Reseller can create a User and give them the IP.

Well, but the resseller cant EDIT and CHANGE the IP on a EXISTING domain... That's what I want. Not to add a domain.

Is it possible?

You can try to add a new Reseller, add the new IP to the Reseller and move the Domain from one to the other reseller. This can be done as Admin under Manage Reseller.

It's like a hack...
Why we can't do it normally?

I have only one IP so i can't really help you Rolleyes
But this should work, maybe somebody has a "better" solution.

Adding an IP, and changing the IP on a already installed domain should be doable. But it's not :s I don't have the choice to change.

Something like to be fixed for the next version?

thanks anyway Wink

I tried what you said BeNE, but it doesn't work. It tell me the domain has an IP the resseler doesn't have.
