Maybe put the full path in the cron -
a "/sbin" might not be in the cron path envirenment - even if it's root...

hmm, that's probably the reason.
I'll make ispcp-setup write the full path when it detects chkrootkit (it currently checks for it and then enables the entry in the cronjob)
