poste mal bitte noch folgende datei : /etc/hostname & /etc/maildomain
und ebenfalls musst du das hier ändern:

in einen FQDN bsp:
myhostname = meinedomain.tld
mydomain = meinedomain.tld
ebenfalls muss ein PTR (RDNS) eintrag vorhanden sein, diesen kannste bei Hetzner schön in der Webadministration einstellen. Einfach dazu bei der IP den eintrag deiner Domain eintragen, am besten. meinedomain.tld

in /etc/hostname
ändern in meinedomain.tld
also meinedomain.tld natürlich in deine richtige FQDN ändern!

also wenn ich das richtig sehe habt hier hier ein Problem weil ihr wg. der Weiterleitung gegen den SPF-Record verstoßt.
Aber nochmal von vorne:
Du hast versucht eine eMail von einer GMX-Domain an <xyz@xyz.ath.cx> zu schicken, welches eine Weiterleitung auf eine andere GMX-Adresse ist.
Das Problem ist, daß GMX einen SPF-Record hat, der besagt, daß ausschließlich die GMX-Server eMail mit GMX-Absenderadressen verschicken dürfen. Durch die Weiterleitung auf dem Dyndns-Rechner kommt die eMail für den Empfänger aber nicht mehr direkt von GMX, sondern eben vom DynDNS-Rechner was gegen den SPF-Record verstößt.
Das ist auch ein Problem von SPF - "traditionelle" Mailweiterleitungen funktionieren nicht mehr. Um das Problem wirklich zu lösen müsstest du auf dem DynDNS-Server SRS implementieren.
