Thank you, I'm trying to change port in main.cf, do you need to change in /etc/ispcp/postfix?
another thing I mentioned is what I'm wondering.
my hostname and domain should be melitgroup.com or mail.melitgroup.com

melitgroup.com is *not* a hostname
Set myhostname to "mail.melitgroup.com"...
