I'm confused - so are you supposed to enable awstats or not? I've tried deactivated and activated, yet I still get this error message.

You should disable it. At the Moment this is better. Smile At the Moment the Dev's will work on the implementation of AWStats.

Ok, I did that. I even edited the sql database as the previous post suggested and now that account works. But is there a permanent fix for this or will ihave to edit the database every time i add a new account?

Edit /etc/ispcp/ispcp.conf and set

AWSTATS_ACTIVE = no

I have done that, and tried adding again. Still domain status is not ok. I even reinstalled with awstats inactive to the same effect.

I am not sure what you did, but the current Trunk works without massive problems. And with AWStats Dynamic.
Which Version did you installed ?

10th Oct with both awstats off and set to dynamic

I'll reinstall it again with 11th Oct to see what happens

Ok - then we have to check your Install.
Did you install ALL needed packages like point 3 in the Wiki -> http://www.isp-control.net/ispcp/wiki/usage_howto/install/installation ?
Any Errors during the install and compile ?
Yesterday was en Error in the trunk - this could be the reason.
