Nothing in the suexec log, and the stuff i posted was from the error.log
Anything else i should check....

And all Domains that you add after this change should run with PHP5.
P.D. maybe you could play with the config files and add the fastcgi_ispcp.conf stuff in a per-virtualhost basis and see if it works (never tried tough)
