If it is not a Language file you should get this:

Uploaded file is not a valid language file!So right File or not - this is an PHP Config Error.
But it is not easy to support old ispCP Versions. It works in RC3

whats your upload_tmp_dir set to? this should be something like /var/www/ispcp/gui/phptmp
