this is a virtual server in which I did an install from a fresh os, BUT i did run the install script 2 times due to some errors on my part on the 1st run. I had zero errors on both installs.

Would someone mind posting how this file should look after edited?

If this file is not OK, maybe there are other Files also not OK. I think you install ispCP NEW!

And if there are any Errors during install, post it here.

BTW I did follow the installation guide 100% using RC3...I dont know how to uninstall it which is why i did it over the top of the previous version.

Yea but unfortunately with my host I can not perform a reinstall on my own. I guess I will try to get the provider to reinstall debian
