Yes, but this is somewhat deeper...
you can set 2 lines above:
$replace[] = $uemail;
instead of
$replace[] = $to;
The subject is ok for me, but the > ... < in the body is another problem.
I opened a ticket about this...

Ok, i'll live with that for the moment
great work anyway on ispCP. hopefuly it stays as good supported as it is now
