Sorry, i haven't FreeBSD and the most other Users use Debian.
There are some Variables missing os not passed.
Use Debian or try to fix it by yourself. Maybe other User run it on FreeBSD, but i don't know noone .

Hi! Some news regarding this? As I am running FreeBSD 7 and this error seems to still exist in recent RC5 version, I am curious about other guys using FreeBSD and how do you get this things to work?

no!
but I have a new little problem.
For example:
If I add new user(1). And then add new another(2) (while addition of (1) is in progress) - only first user will be added. I think queue doesn't work well.
But another user(2) will be added when addition of third user is placed into queue (in). All of three users will be created.
PS: for you...hm... when ispcp-rqst-mngr didn't run for me automatically I placed it into crontab for running every hour. not convinient but works.

you have to run ispcp-rqst manager after every user adding/deleting/changing, otherwise ispcp is pissed
Thats only because the ispcp-rqast-mngr not runs automatic after every change, going forward to sole this but for now just do it by hand

Running ispcp-rqst manager did not help, in domain detail status, it is showing "sys_command_rs() | Ending..." and when login as user, it was greeted with "accout is no OK". I am running it on Freebsd 7.0 and do also note that Bind9 is install as default version and "restart" in ispcp-serv-mngr has to be change to "reload" for ispcp-rqst-mngr to run. Ii has an error, /var/log/ispcp/ispcp-serv-mngr.stderr shown as below,

Somewhere in when running ispcp-rqst-mngr produced the above error. Nightly SVN version did not here with the problem mentioned,this problem on Freebsd still not resolved and I am wondering how some others get it working on Freebsd.
