ftp prob allready solved but what use of tho other dint active and is that posible to use postgressql and how to do it.

No, ispCP use MySQL only - there is also no HowTo available.

the two things dint run :
1. Policyd-weight
2. Postgrey

what exacly those 2 thing do ?, if those 2 dint run have that impact on the control panel and dint run well ?

if the answear is no prob with those 2 things not run then no prob at all and my hosting is ready to serve.

They are to fight against SPAM.
Of course ispCP runs without it. The only thing is that you have to correct your Postfix master.cf. You must disable these two modules.

Do the same to Policyd-weight the line with "check_policy_service inet:127.0.0.1:12525"
