Do you like to have a look in Server using SSH ?
So rbtux fixed the Bug. Here is the summury:
1. syslog was not running correctly -> fixed by command /etc/init.d/syslog reload
2. According logs postfix cannot connect policyd-weight and postgrey. They are not running -> fixed by commenting out the according part in /etc/main.cf
3. According logs postfix was not able to resolv gmail.com. A look in the /etc/postfix/master.cf said that postfix is running in chrooted environment. Checking the chroot showed that there was no resolv.conf so no nameservers were reachable -> fixed by cp /etc/resolv.conf /var/spool/postfix/etc/resolv.conf
4. Now your server does not run with postgrey and policyd-weight. You should consider installing them, then you can enable them in the main.cf under smtpd_recipient_restrictions...
