of course you can do that. create a php file that checks for new orders and if there are just change their status or even better make the sign-up to auto enable the domain
.in the 2 links i gave you, you'll find the required information how to do that in a few easy steps. you could also take a look at the ispcp's manage users files and see how it's done there
