tuxStyle: How do you know if you (I) am using Innodb or not? I'm mostly runny Joomla, Sugarcrm, Etc. Would I be safe to disable that and gain some extra RAM?

I don't know Joomla and Sugarcrm - but Typo3 uses innodb...
