And the output of another script is no redirected to the current STDOUT.

it takes LOT of time to regenerate ALL configs Smile
you can switch to another console and look into ps -fax output periodically

Same problem on an etch system: Rebuilding all customer configuration files keeps hanging. Received the error and changed the worker setting. How can i check that the upgrade is still running? what to look for in ps -fax?

I don receive any other error messages
