Your ISP is retarded. They have set up a non-existant reverse hostname for your IP, as shown here:

Additionally, they are listed in the UCEPROTECT RBL (check).

I can not assure you that solving these two issues will make yahoo stop putting your mails to junk, but it will probably help. Specially the non-existant rdns issue.
