He means the order of domains and subdomain in /etc/apache2/sites-enabled/ispcp.conf
should the domain.tld entry be located before the subX.domain.tld entries or behinde...

Try r653; I hope I didn't break anything with the php 4/5 switch
(which should work on debian, ubuntu, red hat and some other distros; the others require the paths to be checked)
