Now works without a mistake now, but i can't to add new DNS zone record.
You wrote a link (/reseller/domain_edit.php?edit_id=1) recently, but I was not worth his function entirely.
What I have to add to it how let me be able to record a new entry ?
Ok, i was http://admin.deszka.quash.hu/reseller/domain_edit.php?edit_id=1, buu now is it http://admin.deszka.quash.hu/reseller/domain_edit.php?edit_id=3, eg: http://admin.deszka.quash.hu/reseller/users.php and click "Edit Domain" and enable "Manual DNS support"
okay, i see, but unfortunately Edit domain / Manual DNS support not working. I change "Manual DNS support" to "Yes" - not changed.

Its working goof job, VERY BIG THX.
Do you remove MX record support ? If I remember well RC7 patch was have MX record support.
We want modify original ispcp DNS templates, remove fix MX and A records, and manage all MX and A record with this patch.
Possibly if not too big work, would lay into the patch MX record support ?

I think that you can use basic-dns-support-MX.patch.txt patch from post #50
it should apply without problems and should work.
RE: Manual lines in DNS zone file - Foggy - 03-27-2009 07:17 PM
Hm, i currently trying to do the exactly same thing.
After replacing blondak/ with ispcp-omega-1.0.0/ the MX Patch gaves me that error:
Quote:web2:/usr/local/src/ispcp# patch -p0< patch-mx.txt
patching file ispcp-omega-1.0.0/gui/client/edit_dns.php
patching file ispcp-omega-1.0.0/gui/themes/omega_original/client/edit_dns.tpl
patch unexpectedly ends in middle of line
Hunk #2 succeeded at 176 with fuzz 1.
Probably i patch it in the wrong order, what ive done is the following:
1. Patch the basic-dns-support-1.0.0.patch.txt
2. Patch the MX Stuff with your last posted MX-Patch File...

Hi, I think its OK. This error seems to occur when the patch file ends on a line that includes nothing but whitespace characters. Patch files should always end with a Unix return character. If you encounter this error, check to see that the last line of your patch does not contain whitespace characters.
BTW: Next time you shud use
Code:
patch -p1 < patchfile
in working directory and you dont need to edit patch file
RE: Manual lines in DNS zone file - Foggy - 03-27-2009 10:02 PM
i do this before installation of ispcp, but thanks i will use -p1 for update
is it correct that i have copy files manually from the destination MX folder into my ispcp-source folder?
Edit: ignore my question, i'll try it first
It works like a charm, thanks thousend

One addition i have.
If you change hosting plan permission to admin instead of reseller, resellers are not permitted to edit domains. Domainediting is work of the admin now. And in the admin panel the domain_edit.php don't have your modifications. But i can good stay with this fact.
Another big thanks

i dont know about this, where or how can i setup this?
Edit: I found it wait a minute
EDIT: Done
basic-dns-support-1.0.0-admin-hp.patch.txt for allready patched version
basic-dns-support-1.0.0.patch.txt against clear version, this patch has allready MX support, if you don't want it, edit /gui/client/edit_dns.php and look in for PHP Code:
$DNS_allowed_types = array('A','AAAA','SRV','CNAME','MX');
and change into PHP Code:
$DNS_allowed_types = array('A','AAAA','SRV','CNAME');
or whatever you want.
Have a nice weekend
