Cannot add Hosting Plan - MattKeating - 06-08-2010 08:15 PM Hi guys, I'm having issues adding hosting plans. Everything is fulled in, but when I press add - the page just jumps to the top. There are no warnings/errors in the httpd log. I've enabled DUMP_GUI_DEBUG, and it is posting the data correctly. Can someone please help me, or suggest what else I should try. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks, Matt FYI, output from DEBUG: Code: Content of $_POST: RE: Cannot add Hosting Plan - gOOvER - 06-08-2010 08:27 PM Please Provide more Info's; which ispCP Version? RE: Cannot add Hosting Plan - MattKeating - 06-08-2010 08:35 PM Sorry - forgot to add that: ispCP 1.0.5 OMEGA build: 20100331 Codename: Priamos RE: Cannot add Hosting Plan - MattKeating - 06-09-2010 11:07 PM Is there nothing that anyone can suggest? I'm stuck and cannot add any more "clients". Looks like I might have to just delete it all then RE: Cannot add Hosting Plan - gOOvER - 06-10-2010 12:36 AM Which Browser? Did you try to clear the Browsercache and delete the cockies. RE: Cannot add Hosting Plan - MattKeating - 06-10-2010 02:21 AM Yep - tried from two different computers even. One mac and one PC. Used 3 different browsers - all the same result. RE: Cannot add Hosting Plan - tomdooley - 06-10-2010 08:12 AM Not possible for the reseller to use unlimited properties? RE: Cannot add Hosting Plan - MattKeating - 06-10-2010 07:32 PM Not possible to add any hosting plan at all. Doesn't matter what values I use. Please advise - I've been stuck for a week now and not able to add any sites RE: Cannot add Hosting Plan - gOOvER - 06-10-2010 07:34 PM I test it on my sites and can't confirm this error. Did you change something on your own on the Templates or ispCP?? Can you search the logs?? Maybe there is an answer RE: Cannot add Hosting Plan - MattKeating - 06-10-2010 07:39 PM It used to work fine - it just recently did this. The existing Hosting plans have disappeared too (But I can see them in the database). Nope I haven't changed any files. There are no warnings/errors in the httpd log. how stable is the nightly version you are running? Maybe I should try upgrade to that and see if the problem persists. Or can you suggest another nightly build which is stable? |
