ok, fixed it (by changing mysql password) but..
all emails doesn't work!
in column mysql status i have:
sys_command() | ERROR: External command '/bin/echo " |
(^- I changed column type from varchar to text to get more information.. but without any success)

That is a known Problem, but nobody is interested in solving it.
