Installing Webalizer??? - DragonEye - 09-11-2010 03:17 PM

Needing a little help....
I've been trying to install webalizer for three days now and have not got it to work properly. I already have awstats working, but would like webalizer too. I have followed Debians Webalizer Installation tutorial, and while I did manage to have webalizer installed under a domain, it has only been updated once and fails to update anymore. I'm not sure if my cron file is setup improperly or what. Could someone please provide some information on the correct installation of webalizer with ISPCP running on DEBIAN? Thanks in advance!

You're not asking "how to install webalizer under debian". You're effectively asking "how to install webalizer in an ispcp system, using debian's packages", which is even more specific. Further, as ispcp readily includes awstats, it is very possible that nobody has ever tried to do it before, so that's why you don't get any answer. I'm afraid you'll have to discover it by yourself.

Well II just wanted to say that I like awstats very much, I'm not so deep in installing these things myself, I only have cpanel access and webalizer just doesn't fit my needs, I'm curious what would you need webalizer for ? There's something awstats can't display ?
