The ispCP Team would like to announce the immediate availability of ispCP ω 1.0.7 RC1. This release is an Release Candidate that covers these bug fixes:

* Added FCGID 2.2 compatibility
* Added jQuery as JavaScript Framework (Frontend)
* Added new exceptions/errors handling libraries (Frontend)
* Added PHP 5.3 compatibility (Frontend)
* Added Support of HTTP(S) Ports differing from 80 & 443
* Added Terms of Service (Frontend)
* Enhanced FreeBSD Support
* Removed HTML-Purifier (Frontend/Engine)


Feel free to test this Release Candidate and send us your feedback. We do not recommend to use the ispCP ω 1.0.7 RC1 release in a productive environment.

have any of the problems with regards to manual DNS control been dealt with in 1.0.7?

Normally yes Wink. It's just an Release candidate so, you should not use it in production.

He ask only if the problems from ispCP 1.0.6 and more old still exist in the 1.0.7. So, I deduced that he wanted talk about MX and serial number problems.

But it's true, I'm not a soothsayer Big Grin

hi there,
i am indeed refering to those problems. i have a test server that is running 1.0.2 and a prodction server on 1.0.4.

tonight, i will install the rc of 1.0.7 on the test server and will play with the manual DNS control, but when i last tried (1.0.5 i think) it caused all sorts of issues with the MX records.

i will report back what i find...

Do not use RC1, because it contain some errors. try last trunk instead.
