critical error with ispcp-backup-all - Maxunit - 10-11-2010 07:18 PM Dear ispCP Community, ispCP worked totally fine on my end for some time, but I just updated it to the newest build and I get the following Error since then: Code: Dear admin, (I replaced some info with domain.ltd and ***) The backup file is already around 10 GB large, the last backup was successfully created on 30.09.2010. ispCP tended to create logs in the main FTP dir for some time, but it stopped doing that after some time, even before I updated to the newest release. Seems like it moved the logs to the dir mentioned in the E-Mail. Opening the latest log with "cat" gives me the following output: Code: /bin/tar: ./htdocs/screenshots/monthly_05_2010: file changed as we read it Maybe I forgot to do those steps described in those topics? http://isp-control.net/forum/thread-8938.html http://isp-control.net/forum/thread-9821-post-77694.html#pid77694 I'm not sure. Any other ideas/solutions? Greetings, Maxunit RE: critical error with ispcp-backup-all - BeNe - 10-12-2010 04:34 AM You run the 1.0.7 RC1 on your Server ? You already posted the error/info: Code: file changed as we read it Greez BeNe RE: critical error with ispcp-backup-all - Maxunit - 10-12-2010 05:44 AM Yea, I run the 1.0.7 RC1. Problem is, it pretty often gives me that info. Sometimes ispCP creates backups, sometimes it won't. Maybe it has to do with the fact, that my server creates a complete backup as well sometimes. I just found out about this. I'm not sure if both ispCP and my server backup software try to create backups at the same time or if ispCP tries to create a backup when my server is creating one. It might be the problem. I will disable the backup feature, if possible, so that ispCP has no problems anymore with creating backups only from the files I really need backups from. |
