Hallo,
folgenes problem ich erstelle eine E-Mail konto mit weiterleitung zumeine haupt-Email adresse wen eine test e-mail sende an meine erstellte. z.b. test@meine-domain.de kommt nix an meine haupt e-mail an.
Wen mich über den omega webmail einlogge kann keine E-Mail emfangen oder senden.
Bei senden kommt:

Was könnte da sein?

fehler meldung steht doch da...

Cannot write = kann nicht schreiben ? logisch oder
schau mal wem das verzeichnis /var/mail/virtual gehört oder die ordner die darin sind...
und schau in die datei passwd ob es dort einen user vmail gibt...

Den vmail user gibt es in dem Ordner, dem gehören Ordner von subdomains und domains. Eine passwd File gibt es allerdings nichts.

Die Platte ist aber nicht voll ?
Poste bitte mal die mail.log bzw. mail.err.
Vielleicht ist da ja noch was zu erkennen.

die passwd file wird warscheinlich im ordner /etc/ liegen
nano /etc/passwd

Die datei passwd ist in den verzeichnes vorhanden.

Ok, es ist eine ispCP Config.
Jetzt prüfe bitte mal die Pfade darin durch ob es diese gibt und wenn dann bitte mal mit den rechten posten.
Du hast auch die 1.0.7RC1 am laufen ? Ist nicht stabil, sollte aber hier denke ich nicht das problem sein.
