ok..how to stop it sending the logs on the e-mail cuz its annoying and i can't find "the power off switch" Rolleyes

i agree they are important..but not when it sends you a log every 2 minutes..like:

i got about 50 e-mails in 20 minutes..imagine what would happen on a big server..
