Failed install on openBSD - tia - 11-17-2010 09:49 AM

Hi..

Im trying to install this on my Openbsd 4.6 server but it fails.

Code:
bash-4.0# make -f Makefile.inc install
"Makefile.inc", line 32: Need an operator
"Makefile.inc", line 34: Need an operator
Fatal errors encountered -- cannot continue

I have webmin installed but wants to change, as i dont get my webmin to work with different programs. Id love to have this installed on my server as it seems nice and clean and easy to use.

Any help would be appreciated.

TIA

ispCP won´t run under openBSD. There is no maintainer and i don´t know any ispCP User that use openBSD or reported anything about it. Sorry.

yes basically there're some syntax failures in the Makefile.inc and a lot more ...

I normally use Linux as my OS but would like to try a BSD System. But for some reason I don't seem to be able to install one. I have tried with NetBSD, OpenBSD and PCBSD in the past, but never have I been able to get any installer up and running.

Are you talking about the ispCP installer, or are you having trouble installing one of the BSDs themselves?
