Unable to acces admin panel - pmk1c - 02-07-2011 03:18 AM

Whenever i try to install ispCP on a virtual server with Debain Lenny, the installation works flawless, but I can't acces the admin panel. admin.mydomain.tld only brings up an empty page. So I can't use it.

Has anyone an idea what could cause the problem?

Have you tried entering mydomain.tld?

I had the exact same problem when I installed on Debian Lenny. For some reason I cannot enter admin.mydomain.tld, but instead I have to log on from mydomain.tld.

That's the same problem I had on Lenny. I then added mydomain.tld as a reseller and both worked Smile

Yes, I have. But with the same effect. A blank page...

You should watch your router port 80 and is closed or has some kind of filter that prevents him from receiving requests for 80

Having the same issue here, Debian 64bit Lenny, and upgraded from 1.0.6 to 1.0.7

All other sites work fine, just a blank admin login page. Sad

I'm now getting this in Firefox when I try to load the admin page :-

Content Encoding Error

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression.

Rather disappointed that there's been no responses to this major issue on the update to 1.0.7 in MORE than a week.

How easy is it to roll back to 1.0.6 that was working fine ?

RE: Unable to acces admin panel - bpratt - 03-04-2011 11:28 AM

It's pretty clear to me that no one has any idea of what my problem is after 3 weeks.

Sadly I can see no clear way of going back to 1.0.6 Sad

I'm pretty disappointed that out of a bunch of clued up people in these forums, that no one is able to offer any suggestions, let alone answers. Sad

You could have a look in the log files and tell us, if there is something written there...

There are very few people having problem accessing the panel - so since there is no general advice for theese cases we need detailed informations about the system, the configuration, the log entries etc.
