Well first of all im a linux newbie.
I'v bought a server and installed Debian Lenny.
I was trying to install ispCP, first it was giving


ERROR 2002 (HY000): Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

error, now i reinstalled mysql, but still i can't complete installation

that is the error;

(but i can't see any problem)

what could it be? anny suggestion would be appreciated

Post the full log file using copy/paste of the text instead of an image capture of a single screen showing part of it please.

I solved it..

I was entering differnet password at the ispCP mysql password part.
It has to match with the mysql password that you set at the mysql installation.
