Hi,
I setup ispCP on my server and then I created a reseller and then the end customers now I want to change the directory in which the main domain out. how do I do that

Simply that on HTML site you have renaming the main directory to new_directory. And now you will have to update your links with it's contained, and given reference to your main pages domain in page paths.
