Package php4 has no installation candidate - n9xcr - 09-14-2007 04:10 AM I am installing ispCP Omega to a fresh install of Ubuntu Server 7.04. I tried installing the packages from the the ubuntu-packages-feisty list, but php4 is not available. Code: root@automation:~/ispcp-omega-1.0.0-rc2c# apt-get install `cat ./docs/Ubuntu/ubuntu-packages-feisty` I don't want php4 anyways, so could I simply remove the lines in file referring to php4 without affecting the install process of ispCP Omega? I am running it now and everything seems good so far. http://www.isp-control.net/forum/ispcp-omega-mini-installer-t-326.html There was mention of writing a Perfect Setup Ubuntu 7.04 with ispCP Omega, but I haven't seen one yet. I might just do it myself once I have this working. We'll see how it goes and how I like this control panel. I'm performing a documented test installation under VMWare anyways before I do this on my production server. |
