BIND status : down why ? - sbeex - 05-02-2011 10:59 PM

Hello excuse me but I have tried 5 times to install ispcp omega 1.7 on my system : debian lenny

And every time I have the same problem... the main domain (swisscoding.ch) is working BUT others no. And when I go see in ispcp panel admin I can see DNS is down ...

so I think it come from here but don't understand.

I would like to give you my setup script but i don't find where is it... could you help me ?

I rent my server to this host : kimsufi (ovh.com)

If you have any idea about the problem please tell me ...
Thank's !

To know if bind is working you have to do a 'ps awx | grep named' and see if there are processes in there.
You should ssh to the server and read the logs about 'named' or 'bind' in /var/log/syslog
Try also to make a /etc/init.d/bind9 reload and see the output.
Maybe it's a broken template or something related.
