We need more info to help you. Specifically:
1. The full error message you get in that e-mail (you forgot to copy the error details!)
2. The entries of /var/log/mail.log that correspond to the Delivery Status Notification you received.

Your server rejected the e-mail because it thought that the destination address was not handled by him.
This is usually a problem with the virtual maps. Can you post your postfix configuration (/etc/postfix/main.cf) as well as your virtual domains table (/etc/postfix/ispcp/domains)?

Your configuration looks almost ok, but I have some concerns. First:
