Hi,
I changed from courier to dovecot with the help of the wiki page and would like to activate the MasterUser (http://wiki.dovecot.org/Authentication/MasterUsers), could someone point me to the right direction what to change there?

If you don't have a really good motivation for this, it's really not recommended to create this user.
The no-sql example configuration is quite clear. You are just adding another kind of authentication based on a passwd file.
Just don't remove anything from the current config and it should work.
