I'm attempting to install this on Amazon EC2 using the Bitnami Ubuntu LAMP stack image.
Following the Ubuntu install script causes the existing installation of MySQL to be trashed and/or overwritten after which it can no longer be accessed.
Is there a way to avoid destroying an existing installation of MySQL? I've tried installing this three times already and it's getting really, really old.
Has anyone successfully installed this on any Amazon EC2 image?
