What about a RC2d - sunsus - 10-04-2007 10:30 PM

Isn't it time to build a ispCP Omega 1.0.0 RC2d Relase?

RE: What about a RC2d - Breaki - 10-04-2007 10:55 PM

there is no need of rc2d because in a few days we gonna release rc3 Wink

We should talk about it after RC3 Wink
And ispCP is now in Trunk more stable than VHCS ever was...

I'd agree and much nicer.

Do you think it will be easy to upgrade to the Stable release from RC3? No testing like real world testing.

i don't know if i am right, but imho there would be an update script from rc to rc, and finally to the stable Wink

it is RatS job to announce a final release date, but i think so Wink

RE: What about a RC2d - rsmithgs - 10-05-2007 02:22 AM

do we know what features will be available in RC3? I just tried an install of trunk 825 with AWStats (Dynamic) and found the old issue of not been able to add users. So would components like AWStats work in RC3?

RE: What about a RC2d - Breaki - 10-05-2007 02:32 AM

a look at the bugtracker shows that the awstats problem is not fixed till now (r825). we try to add awstats (static) first, because there is a problem with fcgi user restrictions (dynamic).
we all are in need of a rc3, because since rc2c there changed a lot of things. the less unfixed tickets will be moved to the next milestone.

Yes, RatS said so!

We all learned from the RC3 announce, so please donĀ“t set a date for a Final. Wink

I mean also that AWStats static would be enough for the first release.
