upgrading proftpd - maxott - 04-09-2012 04:18 AM hi, people. as i noticed that proftpd uses too much CPU, decided to upgrade proftpd version... but i need some advice... because i may not make it correctly... so i use ispcp 1.0.6 ProFTPD Version 1.3.1 now i've downloaded the latest one, but dont know how to configure it to work with ispcp correctly.. i mean ./configure parameters... cant find them... and i'm afraid i may do it wrong thanks RE: upgrading proftpd - joximu - 04-10-2012 07:56 AM Just keep the config files /etc/proftp* (files and a folder) With this you can at least find the important infos for ispcp to work with the newer proftpd. Maybe better find a newer proftpd as a package for your operating system/distribution... this should be the better way... /J |
