Hello,
I would like to delete the main domain I have installed ISPCP on. Will it cause any problems? Is there something I have to take care of?

no except that you need to ensure, to have a valid dns entry for your panel host ... no

Well, 2 questions:
1) Are there any changes that need to be done in BIND?
2) The admin subdomain, how it will be handled? Because for example "http://admin.domain.com/errors/bw_exceeded.html" will not show up...

just delete it.
DNS is hierachical - so the subentry
admin.my-hosting-company.com
will be deleted as well if you delete my-hosting-company.com .
