Hello I followed this tutorial.

I get this error
Code:
FATAL: Can't load the ispcp.conf file at /root/ispcp/ispcp-omega-1.0.7/engine/setup/../ispcp_common_code.pl line 53.
Compilation failed in require at ./ispcp-setup line 48.My dedicated server blank and there is nothing above. there is no mysql php5 ..........

which step?
were the steps before executed correctly - without errors?
eg. step4 and step 6
