hello, i am a nooby so here is what i did :
I tried to upgrade my sql version ( as expected i failed , i should have tried on virtual machine... but too alte for that now) however i uninstalled everything and install it again. I refilled with old ispcp mysql table. It didnt go quite well so i deleted all users and create new ones.
No everyting is working except that my ftp accaunts can overwrite a file that is in sub folder
example : if i try to save file httdocs/index.html it is saving
if i try to save file htdocs/class/test.php is says 550 permission denied
When i was instaling ispcp i didnt choose correct use for mysql, so i manualy changed it after isntallation how ever i manage to log with users, i can download but only problem is uploading. If anyone can help me, please i beg you !

If anyone occur the same problem, you SHOULD NOT copy files true terminal, you have to do it using ftp client. At least that solved my problem
