I need to allow ftp access for a non ispcp user (just linux user on the dedicaced server).

How have i to modify proftpd configuration files ?

Hi,

well I just learned a new thing – and it really wasn't too complicated to find it out: Normal Linux users can by-default access their home directories via FTP, they can simply login providing their username and password.

So you don't have to change anything...
