and also i noticed the skinned interface for SquirrelMail and PHPMyAdmin. i'm afraid that we'll have problems with their upgrade. and by the way, does this skinned SquirrelMail supports any other language except English? i remember the prototype of this skin by some developer from Romania, and i couldn't make SquirrelMail have a non-English interface

For the non-english interface there're downloads on the squirrelmail page to download all that localizations that are available.
Per default squirrelmail comes only with english.
But don't mind - we included the localizations.
