I almost complete the install and the i get this stupid error.

No i don't use mysqladmin -u root password YOUR_PASSWORD
i use mysqladmin -u root it gives me an error otherwise.

There are more than one Error on your Screenshot:

Yes. Can you give me the apt-get install commands for the newest scripts for everything that ispCP needs: php5, mysql,perl,apache2 etc. and how to uninstall everything and begin from installing from the beginning?

Download the todays NightlyBuild and install them _exactly_ with this Docu --> http://www.isp-control.net/ispcp/wiki/usage_howto/install/installation/Debian
There is als0 the apt-get install included
There is a uninstall script under engine/setup/
I have no Skype...
