a) the Subject and some other header lines seem to be utf-encoded twice. This should be looked at by the developers. But most mail clients have no problem with this.
b) ???
c) FTP: when you start the ftp server whats in the log files?

A) I'd really suggest you to use only utf8 on the server. Should also wor with spanisch :-)

Sorry I don't understand what you want to tell me - I only see some words which do not fit here.
We all use PHP and MySQL on the ispcp Server.
But most of the users here are patient and willing to learn. Or they know enough that they can manage to do it by themselves - they are helping here.
ispcp is not an user application and a webserer is not a gameboy.

my friend want's to say that he installed RC3 to avoid problems but the rc3 its more bugged than the RC2 ..

NO u are not right rc3 are many bugs fix.If u want perfect HOST CONTROL PANEl You will need to give 700$ for Cpanel + Fantastico is expensive right? Then u not need to critic open source...

Besides the fact that there is no official RC3 (ok, there are snapshots which tell they are RC3) to download - to find a bugless software you have to "search" long and "far".
Maybe you - Estudios Castro and avispa987 - can see in the forum that there are errors, problems around. But there are also lots of people where the principal part of ispcp is running fine.
Now: we try to help you. But the communication is very difficult if we don't know more about the problem. If there is a problem with the charset then I expect the admin (yes, ispcp is for server administrators - it should make live easier for the admin but it does not replace him and to install such a piece of software youl really do need some basics in running a linux [BSD etc] webserver.) to give some information about what charsets he uses, what charset the apache is configured, about the charset of the database - and, last but not least - the charset the website is coded...
