So I recently found out that my SMTP users are unable to login because apparently all the passwords are supposed to be encrypted and they aren't. Does anyone know how to resolve or disable the sasl encryption? I'm guessing that would be easier than encrypting everyone's password on a daily basis...

remove noplaintext from smtpd_sasl_security_options in your /etc/postfix/main.cf
