Open-Xchange has been entirely published under gpl license. Has anyone has some experience in using Open-Xchange with vhcs or ispcp omega?

Yes - forget it!
The problem is that OX comes with his own Postfix Config / MySQL Server(config)... So it overwrites your current ispCP.
And OX uses Cyrus instead of courier...

I have it on a single (vm)machine

thanx, i will also try running it on a seperate vm wihtout ispCP...
