bind9 error - sirwiz - 02-29-2008 07:55 PM Im not a debian master but have this problem and i dont know solution, maybe somebody hire knows. Feb 29 10:42:26 t1000 named[11603]: zone xxx.com/IN: loading master file /var/cache/bind/xxx.com.db: file not found I have Debian etech with chrooted bind. And file /var/cache/bind/xxx.com.db is ok. RE: bind9 error - joximu - 02-29-2008 08:02 PM Well, either you use the default behaviour of bind (as it comes with debian) or you have to see what happens and change it. http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Chroot-BIND-HOWTO.html This is not ispCP relevant. RE: bind9 error - sirwiz - 02-29-2008 08:20 PM I know how to setup bind. I just want to ask about this strange behevior, that bind dont see files. RE: bind9 error - joximu - 02-29-2008 08:58 PM Well, if it's really a chrooted bind then the paths are different (relativ to the chroot) and the file may really not be there.. But it's still not a problem of ispCP and we cannot give no-matter-what support here. RE: bind9 error - sirwiz - 03-03-2008 01:58 AM Yes i put this question to the wrong section. Delete this thred.
