Problem with apache - sufijen - 03-08-2008 05:04 AM

Hi,

Setup worked well with your help.

So here is the next problem:
apache2.conf

I cannot restart apache, because if i change the conf the right way, apache restart, stop or start will reactivate this wrong config file.

I don't know why!! Can you help me?

I only added a user, and because nothing changed i tried to activate it with:
Admin -> System Tools -> donÄt know i think "activate" or something.

Do you know where the problem is? What can i do?

Thanks Sufijen

What do you want?

don't touch apache2.conf! leave it as it comes with debian.

I only wanted to change:
ServerTokens Prod
ServerSignatur off

For security reasons!

I recommend
put it in 00_master.conf (sites-enabled)

and also in the working copy in /etc/ispcp/apache/working/...

PS: you know security by obscurity is not a good security...
