Change WWW-directory - Numicus - 03-11-2008 01:47 AM Hi all, I installed ispCP today, everything worked fine, I only have one question, is it possible to use more then one www directory (on another location) or change the www directory? At default the directory is /var/www, but my /var partition is only 8GB, my root (/) dir is on a partition on 120GB. So current I only got 8GB of www-space, is there any solution? RE: Change WWW-directory - Zothos - 03-11-2008 01:51 AM you could try a symlink or just swap the partitions ![]() RE: Change WWW-directory - joximu - 03-11-2008 01:59 AM Symlink should work. I'd symlink /var/www to /ispcp/www and /var/mail to /ispcp/mail or whatever... /J RE: Change WWW-directory - Numicus - 03-11-2008 02:10 AM Thanks for your suggestions, should i use: ln -s /ispcp/www /var/www or ln -s /var/www /ispcp/www RE: Change WWW-directory - joximu - 03-11-2008 02:24 AM use midnight commander... :-) but I think it's rather the first one... the folder /var/www should not exist... RE: Change WWW-directory - Numicus - 03-11-2008 03:18 AM I used winSCP, worked great. Thanks all for help! |
