After isntalling miau: link (http://www.isp-control.net/documentation/howto/mail/install_maia_mailguard_1.0.2a_on_ispcp_omega_rc3)The sesrver CPU usage stays at 100%, please can anybody help me solve this, I followed the guide step by step, and all services are running but the CPU stays at 100%

Miau ? You mean Maia right?!
Do you have an RootServer or a vServer ? How many RAM ?
Take a look at your Processlist and top to see which Process need so much CPU-Time.

I think clamav uses sometimes so many cpu%.
Can you post, wat "top" says?

The problem at this time has been solved, I have reconfigured
Amavis in order "clamdscan" start up and
since then the CPU does not reach %50 of using.
